DREAM BIG!!
It is NEVER too late to become what you might have been
Amanda's Models & Talent
Amanda's Models & Talent
Maranda Hollifield
Maranda Hollifield, a home school student
with an interest in acting, enrolled at
Amanda’s Modeling and Talent in Valdosta,
Georgia in the fall of 2006. After her first
photo shoot, it was evident that Maranda
should also consider modeling.
Photographer, Glynis Arban, spotted
Maranda on Amanda’s myspace page and
gave some helpful suggestions for styling
and posing for her next photo shoot. Next,
Maranda decided to enroll in the Summer
AMTC 2007. After her week of competition
and attending every single workshop
available, she received several callbacks,
in addition to also being a finalist for
Overall Female Fashion Teen.
Two weeks after AMTC, Maranda turned 14 and took her first plane ride to New York City with her mother and AMTC Director, Amanda. There, the trio met
with New York Model Management, Elite, Next, Women, Trump, DNA, Marilyn, 1 Model Management and Wilhelmina. Says Amanda, “We had a prayer chain
from South GA to NYC, and much help from the Arban family and Marion Webb.”

After a long week and so many excellent choices, Maranda signed with New York Model Management. She booked a show for designer Brian Reyes for New
York Fashion Week, and worked with celebrity makeup artist, Bobbi Brown. Maranda and her mother stayed in NYC for three additional weeks which consisted
of numerous test shoots and castings. In November 2007, she left for Asia for a two month contract with Jennfer Agency.

Since arriving, she has booked 23 print jobs (both editorial and commercial), and one TV commercial for Motorola. She will return on January 27th and is
scheduled to be in NYC on the 29th for a casting with Prada. She is on option for this season’s shows.

Maranda is extremely grounded and firmly believes when God closes one door, he opens a window! Her acting skills are helping her in modeling so she has
the best of both worlds! As Glynis says in her workshop…. modeling is acting. Models act for the photographer. Maranda is enjoying every single minute of
this wonderful experience.

A Note from Maranda’s AMTC Director, Amanda Kirk, “Maranda studies modeling and fashion like it is a school subject. She studies photographers, their style,
posing in the mirror, experimenting with fashion, etc. etc!! She tries to research before she attends a casting so she will know about the product or company
or magazine. That way, she has something to say when given the opportunity. When we met with the above agents, she knew almost everything about each
agency. She is a little sponge!! Before attending AMTC, she applied for her passport…just in case! It really helped with the last minute travel arrangements
for Asia!!”

Morgan Jones

Per Natasha at Product Model Management, "Morgan was the most successful model in our Summer Kid Program".

Morgan never dreamed her first visit to NYC in April would result in moving to the city for the summer, but that is exactly what happened!
Morgan attended the Millie Lewis Actors, Models, Talent for Christ Convention in January this year and received top awards in modeling and was one
point away from capturing the Overall Child Model award. In April, she, along with her mother, grandmother and Amanda Kirk of Amanda's Models
visited NYC to meet with the agents interested in Morgan. She signed with Product Model Management and Shirley Grant Management. Both agency
and manager are highly respected in NYC.
In June, Morgan and her grandmother moved to the city and her adventure began. She hit the ground running with a direct booking with Laura Ashley.
And if things could not possible get any better, they did just that....she was given eight pairs of shoes from that shoot in addition to her model
compensation. A job truly after a girl's heart!!
From there, Morgan booked Women's Daily, Small Magazine, Parent's Magazine, a German catalog which shot on location in the Hampton's and a
national SAG commercial for Scana Energy. She was on callback for Khol's, Hasbro, and WonderPets. According to Product Model Management's
Natasha Matallana, "Morgan was the most successful model in our Summer Program this year".
During her stay, she was coached by Bob Luke in NYC. He was the on-set acting coach on Disney's "Enchanted" and a great friend of Amanda's
Models.
Morgan Jones is the 8-year old daughter of Wayne and Michelle Jones, the granddaughter of Jimmy and Norma Gaskins and Jean Dixon all of
Nashville. She is a model and actor with Amanda's Models & Talent and enjoys both modeling and acting classes. Morgan's grandmother, Norma
Gaskins says, "She has learned a tremendous amount from AM&T and her instructor Blake Woodruff & her recent success has been because of AM&T
and Blake's teaching & guidance".
Morgan is also under vocal direction of Debra Brown. She dances with Regina's School of Dance in Nashville and enjoys gymnastics. She is very active
in her church, Alapaha Baptist Church. Morgan plans to return to NYC next summer and already has plans for her "own" apartment she will share with
fellow models/actors Ashley Varner and Golden Smith when she is all grown up!!  For more information on Amanda's Models and Talent, please cal

Taylor Eakin auditioned for this Papa John's Commercial upon arriving  in NYC this past summer,
even before signing with an agency. The audition was with Barry Shapiro from Herman Lipson Casting.

She later signed with Generation Models and Generation TV and booked the commercial.
